Radiofrequency with Micro-needles – Fractora

The Fractora treatment by InMode is a radiofrequency procedure that distinguishes itself from traditional radiofrequency treatments. By using micro-needles that penetrate deep into the skin to deliver radiofrequency, this treatment combines both surface skin resurfacing and deep tissue coagulation.

By delivering radiofrequency in a controlled manner, this fractional ablative treatment promotes remodeling and collagen production, leading to skin tightening and a younger, firmer appearance. This treatment is particularly favored for the lower eyelids, mouth area, cheeks, and neck.

It helps to:

  • Reduce skin irregularities
  • Treat wrinkles and fine lines
  • Improve skin tone
  • Firm the skin
  • Improve active or residual acne lesions (including scars)
  • Achieve a younger, firmer, and smoother-looking skin.

Result of Radiofrequency with Micro-needles

The total duration for this treatment is approximately 1 and a half hours, including the preparation period with numbing gel. The recovery period is usually 2 to 4 days. During this time, symptoms such as swelling, redness, burning sensations, and dryness may be observed. It is recommended to apply an antibiotic ointment for the first 2 days, and makeup can be resumed after 2 days. For optimal results, it is recommended to follow a protocol of 4 treatments, spaced 6 weeks apart.

Procedure

  • The skin is first cleansed.
  • Numbing gel is applied to the treatment areas for 45 minutes before the procedure.
  • The gel is removed, and the skin is disinfected.
  • The Fractora applicator with sterile micro-needles is then applied repeatedly to the skin to cover all areas to be treated.
  • Soothing gel is applied at the end of the treatment.
