Brachioplasty – Arm Lift

Brachioplasty, also known as “arm lift,” aims to remove excess skin from the arms. This excess skin, often caused by aging or significant weight loss, can become bothersome during dressing or certain activities. To achieve a harmonious contour of the arm and forearm as a whole, an incision is usually made on the inner aspect of the arm, extending from the armpit to the elbow.

Why Choose Brachioplasty or Arm Lift?

  • Removal of excess skin and fat: Brachioplasty eliminates flabby skin and localized fat in the arm region, helping to restore firmness and youthfulness to the skin.
  • Improvement in appearance and self-confidence: By regaining firmer and well-contoured arms, many patients experience a significant increase in their self-confidence and overall well-being.
  • Facilitation of movements: By removing excess skin and fat, brachioplasty can also improve arm mobility, allowing greater freedom of movement and increased comfort in daily activities.

Result of Brachioplasty – Arm Lift

A firmer arm contour is achieved as the loose skin is removed. However, it is important to note the presence of the scar located on the inner aspect of the arm.
