This case study focuses on a 35-year-old patient who underwent breast augmentation and abdominoplasty with liposuction to restore breast volume and improve the appearance of her abdomen after her pregnancies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patient Case:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The patient, a 35-year-old woman, consulted our plastic surgery clinic after having two pregnancies and two C-sections. She wanted to increase the volume of her breasts and improve the appearance of her abdomen, which was affected by diastasis and skin laxity. After a thorough evaluation of her needs and expectations, the patient and the surgeon decided on high-profile 450 mL silicone gel implants for the breasts. A discussion took place regarding a possible nipple lift, but it was decided to wait for the results of the initial surgery to avoid additional scarring on the chest. Regarding the abdomen, although a complete abdominoplasty without leaving an additional vertical scar was not possible, it was agreed to proceed with a full abdominoplasty and liposuction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Surgical Procedure:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The surgery was performed under general anesthesia in a sterile surgical environment. An inframammary incision was made to insert the breast implants under the pectoral muscle, achieving a natural result and adequate coverage of the implants. For the abdomen, a full abdominoplasty was carried out to correct the diastasis and remove excess skin, combined with liposuction to refine the silhouette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Results:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Four weeks after the surgery, the patient observed satisfying results. The breasts regained a harmonious volume and natural shape, meeting the patient\u2019s expectations. The 450 mL high-profile implants provided a balanced aesthetic result, offering a rounder shape without being oversized, as desired by the patient. The abdomen showed significant improvement in diastasis and skin laxity, although the patient was informed about the possibility of an additional vertical scar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
